Hibou’s Knoll Phase 1 consisted of the construction of a series of modern townhouse units designed to provide high-quality rental housing for families in the Annapolis Valley. The project included full site servicing, foundations, wood-frame construction, exterior cladding systems, and complete interior fit-up.
 
Particular attention was given to creating durable, energy-efficient homes with family-friendly layouts while maintaining a consistent architectural design throughout the development. The project established the foundation for the continued expansion of the Hibou’s Knoll community.

Phase 2 expanded the Hibou’s Knoll development with additional residential buildings and supporting infrastructure. The project involved site development, underground services, concrete foundations, structural framing, building envelope installation, and interior finishing.
 
Working within an active and growing development required careful coordination of trades, schedules, and site logistics to ensure seamless integration with existing residential phases while maintaining quality construction standards.

B-Spokes was developed as a community-focused active transportation hub designed to support residents and workers who choose cycling as their primary mode of transportation. The project involved the construction of a purpose-built facility that provides secure bicycle storage, support amenities, and infrastructure that encourages sustainable transportation within the community.
 
COG Construction completed the site work, structural construction, exterior finishes, and interior spaces, creating a durable and functional facility that contributes to the long-term growth of active transportation networks in the region.
